If an e-shop only offers a slow shipping method, more than a third of customers leave. In the Czech Republic, Germany and Hungary this is 37% and in Slovakia 36% of respondents.

Most often, people want their purchases delivered to their home or work.

Germans are in the lead with this requirement at 77%, followed by Hungarians (63%), Slovaks (52%) and Czechs (44%).
